Room size could be more roomy for comfort!!! Housekeeping noise in the morning can interrupt rest!!! The elevator situation needs addressing, especially on busy check-out days!!! The decor feels outdated and would benefit from some updates!!!

Exceptional breakfast experience

staying at petit palace was fantastic! the location is very close to gran via and puerta del sol. Loads of restaurants and public transport nearby. the breakfast had fresh pastries and great cheeses, and the staff were super friendly. we loved how accommodating they were. also, the shampoo smelled amazing!

Decor feels tired. a real sprucing up wouldn’t hurt. Rooms on the fourth floor have slanted ceilings that limit usable space, leaving one side nearly uninhabitable for anyone over 5.5 feet tall. The dining area often fills up quickly during breakfast hours, making seating a challenge. Also, only one elevator means waits can get cumbersome, especially during busy check-in and check-out times.
